HYDRAULIC GRAVITATION BAND SAWS
The hydraulic unit is used to automatically raise the saw frame after the end of the cut. The cutting height can be adjusted according to the material size. The cutting feed is secured by the weight of the frame itself with the option of stepless cutting pressure regulation via an oil damper throttle valve. The material clamping and material feed are manual, the vices are equipped with a quick-clamping system. The HF versions are delivered with more powerful drives and frequency converters. The frequency converter enables stepless adjustment of the saw band speed in the range of 15 to 90 m/min. and thus ensures the optimal setting of the cutting conditions for the respective material.
