This edge bending machine KZM2 can be used for ABS and PVC-edges on straight workpieces. It has an automatical workpiece feed and applies glue directly on work pieces. For edge thickness from 0,4 to 3 mm and plate thickness from 10 to 45 mm. Intilligent control panel design enables convinient operation.
Liquefacation of granulate in melt reservoir Glue temperatur can be adjusted electronically by digital thermometer. Table extension for wider plates is included.
Compressed air control Standard mechanical digital display for workpiece thickness, edge thickness and milling devices Automatic cutting of edges extras at both panel sides and removing the surplus parts of the edge up and down of the workable panel.
