The kit consists of various individual components that are installed in a corresponding chamber that is designed for drying sawn timber. The optimally arranged fans push the air over a hot water heating register or an electric air heater, thus ensuring even ventilation of the wood stack. The spray, the exhaust air fan and the supply air flaps are used to set the chamber climate, which depends on the moisture content of the wood. Only the PLC control, the programs and our experience as a drying system manufacturer turn the system into a fully-fledged wood dryer that we tailor precisely to the needs of our customers.
Heat treatments according to IPPC Standard ISPM No. 15 can also be carried out with appropriate equipment.
Control from the office PC using a visualization is of course optionally possible. This means you can keep an eye on the current drying progress at all times.
