The transmitter module is used to monitor the operating status of connected devices. It is simply connected to the power supply line of the device to be monitored. Once the module is connected, it monitors the power consumption of the device and determines whether it is operating. As soon as the preset threshold for the operating current is exceeded, the transmitter module sends a signal to the coupled receiver module, which then switches on the connected device, such as an extractor. When the power consumption falls below the threshold again, another signal is sent and the receiver module switches the device off after a previously defined run-on time.
